I am very happy with the botox, potenza, icoone, VI peels and hair laser treatments that I have received and continue to find other treatments that not only make me beautiful but also make me feel beautiful! “Honestly I was suspicious about all the 5 star reviews. There is always someone that complains. There is no way they can have 5 stars without buying reviews or suppressing bad reviews. Well, I just got out from a 60 min Swedish massage and I can guarantee that this place is as good as everyone is saying it is. They deserve more than 5 stars.I have a high stress job so I have chronic pain and tension. This is the first time in years I have felt this good. I highly recommend this place! They have excellent customer service and even better massage services. If you give this place a try, you will not regret it.“

“Paulina is the only person allowed to wax me... Ok I lied. If it's an emergency her sister is also very good but I've been going to Paulina for two decades. So she's always my "go to". Do not even mess around with any other waxing spa. They have been in the business longer than anyone else. I drive all the way from downtown Chicago (because originally they were in water tower). Hands down the ONLY place to go for a Brazilian wax. I would drive two hours if I had to... I hope she stays in business forever because I'll just end up growing a 70s bush before I go to anyone else.“

“Everyone was nice here except one young nail technician. She had a really bad attitude and ruined the whole experience for us. She acted as if she was being forced to do nails (like it was painful). What was even worse was she sneezed into her gloves and then proceeded to apply lotion to the feet using the same gloves she sneezed in. She basically spread sneeze juice all over the foot along with the lotion. Gross!!! Too bad, because everyone else was sweet and went above and beyond!!!“
