I’ve had a terrific experience with 312 Flooring. From the first phone call, Pete was so knowledgeable about condo association rules and regs re: Board permissions/work hours allowed … things I hadn’t even considered. And Jesse the sales rep really took his time explaining all my options. Juan and his crew were friendly, trustworthy and most importantly… the floors are beautiful!

They were very flexible in working around several strict HOA rules, ensuring a completely smooth process. During the installation of my Bjelin Misty White flooring, Juan paid close attention to detail, checked in on my preferences, and accommodated all my requests seamlessly. Highly recommend 312 Flooring. From the first quote through install day, Peter, Tom, and Oscar were responsive, on time, efficient, clear, and reliable, exactly what you want when you're coordinating around a tight timeline and a downtown high-rise with a lot of building requirements.
Tom worked with me to find the right product at a fair price, sent over full product specs and warranty details without being asked, and answered every question quickly. On install day, Oscar's crew showed up on time, treated the unit carefully, handled the freight elevator and COI logistics with the building without any friction, and left the space spotless.
