Collin answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. This was the first time working with him as a service man and his company A1 plus and the warranty company we have and this was our first service call with them. I’m reading them a 9 only because the Freon used I had to pay part of the bill. I guess it’s obsolete. Not the contract anywhere. But I love having my air conditioner on and running.
