Katie did an amazing job with my daughter and I's piercings. I have never had a piercing and it was my daughers first time as well. Katie was very professional but also relatable. She is very down to earth and sociable. She was maticulous with her set up and opened all packages infront of me and my wife. She made quick work with my piercings. She showed great patience with my daughter who needed some encouragement on the second ear piercing, but Katie was awesome and provided time and kind words to help my daughter to be ready for the second piercing. After having three bad piercing experiences this summer, I searched the internet for a place that would perform piercings with a needle and take would take appointments! I drove from Springfield to receive my piercing from Katie. I had a wonderful experience. Katie is kind, patient, professional, and knowledgeable. It is obvious Katie cares about the health and safety of clients, and she maintains a high-level of infection control. Katie is so talented and so much fun that I want to keep getting tattoos and piercings so that I can hang out there. She pieced together a tattoo in my grandma’s handwriting from old cards and put it on me with a temporary transfer to be sure it was what I wanted before I committed. It’s a super cute delicate reminder on my wrist that makes me happy every time I look at it. Highly recommend for a low pressure not intimidating collaborative design!
