I booked an appt for my daughter to downsize a Helix piercing that we had done at another shop. Katie took a look at the piercing and said it was healing really well and didn't need to be downsized. She cleaned it and provided advice at no charge. She is very knowledgeable and kind. I will not hesitate to return for future piercings!
Katie is amazing at what she does! She always takes care of my daughters and I when we go in and get a service done and went above and beyond to help in a pinch!
While at highbrow for a makeup session for my besties wedding Katie was amazing. I needed some last minute earrings and perfect place to be when I forgot to get any. Katie offered to put them in for me since I don't know the last time I wore any. She put them in the professional way b/c I would've probably forced it and caused trauma. She did have to pierce end up piercing 1 ear for since it closed up. She didnt even have to to do b.c her day was over but so happy she did that for me. Now I need another piercing soon.
