She listens to what I want done with my hair or nails and discusses with me the finer points of the cut or color I'm looking for. The last time I went in, I didn't have much idea what I wanted to do with my hair other than trim it and color it darker. I trust Katie so much that I told her this and she came up with a unique and dark color that just WOWs everyone! She mixed it on her own and colored my hair a really rich dark brown with purple-redish tones (mind you it wasn't just straight up purple!).
