Pam is the absolute best! I was looking for a new hair stylist so I asked for recommendations on the next door app. I received so many recommendations! Pam responded and included her portfolio! I took a leap of faith and went for a haircut I had shoulder length hair and went very short!! I love my hair so glad I found Pam. I now get cut and color! Great salon very chic. Pam is stuck with me now
I have been visiting Main Street Hair Company for 7 years and have always been incredibly satisfied with my services. I originally started with Alicia and after her untimely passing I starting working with her mom and the business owner Ms. Pam. Ms. Pam has dealt with me coming in with multiple photographs and saying "I want part of that one and part of this one. Can you do that?" and sure enough, she always can. You may see a 1 star review from another client complaining about the fact that Ms Pam was running late for her sons appointment. *I* am the reason that happened. I have incredibly thick hair and I didn't convey how much I wanted done when I booked the appointment - I just said cut and color - so it was booked at my normal span of time. When I walked in, I had an elaborate plan that took a little extra consult time. Under normal circumstances my cuts are done professionally, quickly and precisely but in this case, I just ate up extra time. Before I left the salon, I even went over the the woman that was waiting with her son and personally apologized for taking so much time. It's unfortunate that Karen took that out on a reputable and respected visit by leaving such a low star rating. Please don't let it deter you from stopping in for services. You won't regret it. I am attaching a before and after so you have an idea of the scope of work that was done.
I was needed a haircut before a special event and saw amazing reviews for Main Street Hair Company. I called and got an appointment and received the best haircut and beard trim of my life from Pam. Great location and excellent vibe. Highly recommend! Looking forward to going again!
