I am the treasurer and registered agent for Cedarville Area Historical Society in Illinois. Today is Tuesday, December 2nd. Our Christmas potluck for our members is tonight. Yesterday we discovered that our museum was at 40 degrees. We called Becker Superior, who does our spring and fall checks. They arrived within a couple of hours. Our 20 plus year furnace needed approximately $1700 of repair parts. Zach told us we could either repair, parts would take approximately a week, or they could put a new Heil furnace in the next day, for $5000, in time for our Christmas potluck. I called Shawn, the owner, and committed to the new furnace yesterday afternoon. They came this morning at 9:50 am, and by 11:10 am our brand new Heil furnace was working perfectly. I highly recommend ProTech! We’ve used them multiple times for plumbing repairs and they did great work. Today I called them for a furnace repair and they were onsite with the part I needed in only about 90 minutes. While fixing this problem they discovered another one and were able to repair it quickly as well. All of this after going without heat for 7 days, waiting for a different company to get the part needed for the repair. (I can’t imagine how long I might have had to wait if I just stayed with the first company!) ProTech is affordable, personable, straightforward, and reliable. Definitely give them a call!

I just recently moved to the area from suburb of Chicago. I have a Yellow Lab and a Rottweiler that went for their first visit here today. After visiting 2 other vets in the area prior to today's visit at Lena vet I like this one the best and believe this is going to be my babies new vet. Very thorough and friendly and especially good with my two fur babies. It means ALOT to me who is taking care of my dogs. They are my WORLD. DeVoe was great! They were very easy to work with for our wedding; delivered quality work for surprisingly cheap prices and were very accommodating with little details that made the whole day easier for us. They took the time to create a mock bouquet with us so that we could see what we liked and were very helpful in suggesting how many bundles of babies breathe they thought would be sufficient for other decorations. I was so thankful to be able to use their expertise and knowledge around flowers. Would highly recommend.
