I have used Update Heating/Cooling services for over 20 years. I have been pleasantly impressed by the quality of service, timeliness of response, and friendly attitude of staff.
Recently, during a summer heat-wave, I found our A/C was out of service. One phone call, and 3 hours later, the service crew had finished repairs!
Staff (Office and field staff) have always been friendly and courteous.

They are amazing. Knowledgeable, honest and great pricing, respectful of me and my home. Worked in my hot attic to replace my AC for 12 hrs. and wouldn't leave until everything was running perfect and not a trace they were in my home except for cold air. I suggest you sign on to their service contract. Inexpensive peace of mind.
