“Had low lumber herniated disks with somuch pain, had two surgeries before seeing Elborno center, tried many injections but pain persisted. Other providers recommend open surgery with screws and plates, I rejected.

“This was my first time using permanent makeup. I was frustrated with failed efforts to make my own brows appear on my face.
However, I had many questions for Victoria about the procedure. She was very patient and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I received an appointment right away.
