She shares great and effective practical advice on top of providing top-notch eye and vision care, and we always seem to laugh a bit too! This was the first time a saw a different optician (all my many years there I’ve had Keith who was great too) and she was wonderful — extremely helpful in choosing frames, and she didn’t pressure or rush me in any way. The assistant, Raven, who did all the preliminary testing, was so helpful, kind and caring. I hadn’t met her before, but she was amazing! The front office staff members are always very good at checkin and checkout too—helpful, kind and thorough. Every one is busy keeping the office flowing, so I’ve never had to wait long in any room, and they have it arranged that you get in and out as quickly as possible. I feel very comfortable there and highly recommend them.“

“Seems fine. I hate that prescriptions for whatever reason only seem to last a year. This place does not do exams so you'll have to get that somewhere else and then bring it to them to fulfill. The service that they offer is available to anyone who could access the base. You do not need to be a military member.
I just wish I could bring my old prescription in which is probably about 3 years old and reuse that since it's doing the job and it would do the job even better without scratches“
