“It is almost a year since I had the Havmack crew do the largest project on my home . They put some new windows on the east side of my house to let more light in, redid my wood floors, knocked out my kitchen and hallway tile and part of the wall between the kitchen and the living room. This was done in seven weeks in February and March, which was still during the pandemic with all of the supply chain problems. There were many different subcontractors , but Havmack had an excellent working relationship with all of them and backed up their work. I purposely waited to see if their work would stand up over the past year. It was wonderful, and I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone else.“
“I have been in my house 20 years and every time after a heavy heavy rain I have gotten water in the basement. A lot of water. I frequently get gutters cleaned so it was annoying that in a heavy rain water would gush down off roof like a waterfall. Gutters r us came out and I explained what I knew to be issue. He listened. He checked gutters and aligned them and added an extension away from house. I had an underground downspout which was clogged with grass. Last week we got a heavy rain and it was early enough to see that water was gushing out of downspouts and not from roof like a waterfall. Thanks Gutters r us for a resolution that didn't cost me an arm and two legs!“

“My driveway was in bad shape, the sealcoating done by another company had lasted only 3 years, my 'dips' were starting to erode thru the asphalt forcing me to add 2 layers of crack fill to stop the erosion. Shawn came to give me an estimate and recommended a double coating of sealant. The first coat he brushed on using a heavy mixture, later in the day when it was dry he sprayed a second layer on. The driveway is now heavily sealed and should be good for many years. The price was reasonable and he was prompt and courteous. I would recommend Sunny for sealcoating and/or repairing your driveway.“

“If Chris Lamphear stayed on this job it would have been 1 star…… (DISASTROUS)… Chris quoted and started the job. Chris and I went over all hardware ( I showed him everything, he knew the hardware that was to be used accordingly, Chris looked at it for 8 days). He wasted so much time, VERY UNORGANIZED NEVER TOOK 1 NOTE ABOUT MY DESIGN STYLE SO MISTAKES COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED. I THINK CHRIS STRUGGLED WITH KNOWLEDGE ON HOW TO PROPERLY LAYOUT THE JOB (WHOLE HOUSE RENOVATION) AND IF HE DIDNT, THEN I WOULD SAY.. HE JUST DIDNT CARE ENOUGH. CHRIS WOULD WALK AROUND CONSTANTLY SAYING HE WAS THE BOSS AND IN CHARGE OF ALL THE PLUMBERS, I ALSO HEARD CHRIS SPEAK TO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE (STEVE) EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFULLY ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, ( VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN YOU ARE THE FACE OF A COMPANY,….. VERY DISAPPOINTING FOR SUCH A GREAT COMPANY MATRIX). AFTER 8 DAYS CHRIS PULLED IN ANOTHER PLUMBER NAMED EDDIE TO DO THE JOB FOR HIM…… I HAD ENOUGH AND CALLED DARRYL/OPERATIONS (very honorable and professional) GREAT EXPERIENCE, HE CAME TO MY HOME AND PERSONALLY TALKED WITH EDDIE (Chris’s NEW & BEST replacement) AND I, ABOUT ALL OF MY CONCERNS. EDDIE (NEW PLUMBER REPLACEMENT) COMPLETELY TURNED IT ALL AROUND AND MADE IT RIGHT. EDDIE CLEANED UP A BIG MESS FOR CHRIS, HE HAD TO ADD/REDO/MOVE MOST OF MY PIPES AND BREAK THOUGH BRAND NEW DRYWALL (not to mention all the work Chris should have done in 8days that Eddie did in 2days). EDDIE’S WORK IS SEAMLESS AND HE DOES IT EFFORTLESSLY “WHAT A PRO”. WHEN EDDIE FINISHED IT LOOKED LIKE ART IN A MUSEUM. EDDIE IS FAST, EFFICIENT AND SO PROFESSIONAL “WHAT A WOLD OF DIFFERENCE”. OVERALL EDDIE IS NOT ONLY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH, HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL,KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY, HE DOES NOT WASTE TIME !! IT WAS A PLEASURE TO HAVE HIM TAKE OVER……. NOT 1 SHORTCUT, EDDIE IS YOUR MAN. EXCELLENT!!!!! MATRIX IS A GREAT COMPANY WITH HIGH STANDARDS/OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TURNAROUND TIME. HAVING SAID THAT, MATRIX DESERVES BETTER THAN CHRIS LAMPHEAR !!!!!“

“I had the privilege to be approached by Nic, which was very informative, knowledgeable and polite, so I went ahead and set an appointment to have windows installed. Prices were exceptional. Craig the installer came to install the windows. He was very personable, polite and friendly. He did a great job. Cleaned up everything when he was done, he did not leave a piece of scrap anywhere. I am so happy and pleased with my new windows. I don't even want to put curtains up ( even though I have to) just so I can see the amazing work that was done.
