“I've had a good experience with this office. The staff are very nice and welcoming, Maria and Solidad ate great. I was seeing Dr. Joseph Rickord previously and he was very attentive, he called me himself if I missed an appointment and made sure I felt better. I recently met the new doctor, Dr. Jeries Jreisat. He definitely has a different energy, lol and he's excellent. I had my mom see him too and she's doing much better. Great place to go for musculoskeletal issues.“

“I love it here! The customer service from Dr. Timamo and Alondra. They were so good to me and helped me with my back due to an injury. If they had more stars I would give it to them. If you need therapy for any back etc. situation I strongly suggest you come here. They are great!“

“I wish this allowed 10 stars or 100 stars!!! I am on week 2 or 3 of PT at this place. I was seen by Zorn for my first visit. I was still in a massive amount of pain when I saw him. I was even hesitant. I was treated with NOTHING BUT KINDNESS and understanding by him. My 2nd visit was with Andrew. He challenged me with the therapy he provided but I am so glad he did. I was a little sore but started walking better the day after. Then there's Mike who FILLED me with knowledge about my injury that I knew nothing about and also challenged me. Then there's Lorelei who has to be the one of the many sweetest people there. She's helpful and goes above and beyond to help everyone while there. I can NOT forget to praise Destiny!!! She answers the phone and I swear I can hear her smile. She's never rude (and I call over there a lot) and always has answers for me.

The place is super clean. The entire staff goes above and beyond. I always have about 100 questions while I am there. I keep asking for homework so I heal faster and they never hesitate to give me the do's and don'ts.

“With Childhood Apraxia of Speech being such a complex speech disorder, finding the most beneficial method of speech therapy takes a lot of trial and error. After several years of traditional speech therapy, I decided to have my teenage son try PROMPT therapy and that’s when we were blessed enough to meet Maelah. She is exceptional in every way. She is kind, friendly, and meets my son at his comfort level. She also helped push for a more personalized method of speech therapy in his high school speech therapy sessions which was a huge win for us. I cannot recommend Maelah enough!“
