The Inspector was on time and very pleasant to work with. He was very informative and helped us understand everything. He welcomed questions and gave us good insight. Bill was full of knowledge and as a first time home buyer he really gave me the confidence to make the right decision. after our first go didn't work out due to some significant issues which were all pointed out and described in a very detailed and professional read out of the inspection, I once again contacted Home Inspector Consultants for my now second inspection. I highly recommend them, they look out for your best interest and are very accommodating and friendly! if I could give them better than 5 stars I totally would!
