I can't tell you enough about this hair establishment!!! I called one Saturday early trying to get my daughter in to add color to her hair and a lady answered and I am assuming she is the owner and politely let me know that she didn't have room that day and the gentleman who does it wasn't in. So I thanked her and told her to have a great day and while I was surfing the web for closer salons she called me back!! I was shocked honestly and she said that the gentleman was in and that my daughter could come in and also handed the phone so I can speak with the gentleman who would do her hair. Best salon in the area! Took in an elderly parent who is confined to a wheelchair and non-verbal. The owner who cut her hair could not be better. She was as kind as she was sensitive to her condition and what a great cut she put her in. Salon is very bright with lots of natural light. The place was spotless and you could not get a better location for downtown Lansing. Easy to get to. Parking in the lot or along the street. No issues. This can be a challenging event with a parent in her condition. I could not have had a better experience.
