Update: I’m not going to change the stars on this review because I did have a good experience with the team members at this location. However, I’m 30 years old and this was my first time at the derm. I was unaware how insurance / the billing worked for this type of medical visit. Anytime I’ve gone to any practice they always tell me if I’m covered, any costs upfront and estimates. I’ve learned a big lesson that this visit was not prevention healthcare. Thus, not covered. So now I’m unexpectedly +$2000 in the hole. I probably would’ve waited on my mole removal if I knew this. I’m disappointed that the facility doesn’t take consideration on educating their patients on costs. I take responsibility on not knowing, but it’s still a frustrating situation. I’m not sure if I’ll be back here because these costs seem outrageous. My first mole scrape had labs done, and I thought I was overcharged because I had multiple lab charges for 1 mole. But they tell me it was “difficult” to diagnose so they needed to run more tests. How can you fight that? Haha you can’t. So I’m eating the costs of this visit. I’ll do research for next year to see what other dermatologists costs.“

“Dr. Paul Guske didn’t just perform my weight loss surgery — he helped save my life. From the very beginning, he was kind, honest, and supportive. He took time to walk me through every step of the SADI surgery and made sure I felt confident and informed. I never felt like just another patient — he truly cared. A few days after my surgery, I developed a high fever and ended up back in the ER. Dr. Guske discovered a hole in the staple line of my stomach, which had caused fluid to leak into my abdominal wall. I was diagnosed with MRSA and in serious danger of becoming septic. Thanks to Dr. Guske’s quick action and expertise, I was treated in time. And that's what I got. The cost was 1/4 of the competitors which afforded me more treatments. The results were AMAZING! Lori gave me the recommendations for skin creams without any high pressure to buy them. I followed her recommendations to the letter & had such great results. I will return this next bathing suit season to hit that tricky saddlebag cellulite- totally helps with results lasting forever with minimal maintenance! I'll be back!“
