My father xanw home in hospice under Advocate Hospice and required 24 hour care. The Advocate social worker recommended Eugene In Home Care locally and said everyone raved about them. We contacted them and tge sane say owners Lydia and Ginno are to our house to talk with us and present options. We immediately felt at ease with them abd opted to use their services with the 24 hour split shifts so my father would have around the clock care eith person up entire 12 hour shift to give us some respite. Eugene In Home Care was outstanding for our family. An owner, Lydia Budiongan, took the time to get to know mom’s personality so that she could assign the perfect caregiver. Our caregiver was the most perfect fit for mom; becoming a true friend and trusted and compassionate companion. Mom felt close to her and safe with her - exactly what you hope for when inviting someone into your home. Scheduling was flexible, communication was clear, and Lydia stayed personally involved to ensure all of mom’s needs were met.
