Once in a while, you are privileged to meet someone who goes out of the way to help you. My husband had a bad accident and the glasses he purchased were bent. He was in the hospital. Christine took the time to help me. She worked quickly and expertly to fix the glasses for him. I am so very grateful for her kindness at such a difficult time.

Staff was very helpful and polite. Me of the staff helped me to pick between a few pairs - gave opinions and was complimentary and friendly. Prices were very good enough so that I bought a pair of sunglasses as a second pair at a great price. I was advised by the staff to avoid weekends, Mondays and any time after 3pm. Great experience!

Excellent selection, prices and customer service. I pay out of pocket and Costco Optical definitely has the most competitive pricing. The staff is wonderful. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Debbie helped me pick out frames and was honest about what was the right size for my face. Susie did an exceptional job inspecting the lens and finding almost invisible flaws, then expediting replacements and calling me personally to let me know they were ready. Elaine took time to connect on a personal level and I'm very thankful for her. The physician, Dr. Janikowski was amazing and I've never seen better! It's like someone turned on the High Definition. I love my glasses and I love Costco!
