Brought my two dogs in to get their nails trimmed and drummelled. One was quite nervous. They both went back and we're back out and about 5 minutes and their nails were trimmed beautifully and filed beautifully! I was so pleased!! I could hear them gently talking to my nervous one all through the service. They did a fantastic job and I will definitely recommend and to be back again!! Thank you Riley and Alexa!
We started off the appointment with a mixup that we were supposed to bring the cat claw caps, but they were gracious and told us where to go and how to get them. They allowed us time to get them and it really showed us that they put the pets first here. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. We brought both of our cats in and one is very difficult. They made Tinkerbell feel at ease and we’re successful in trimming her nails and getting caps on. They deserve sainthood for this. We will be forever customers!! Alexa was fantastic with my dog, a border Collie style cut. Receptionist was friendly. I was able to book online which made things super easy. Pricing was affordable. Glad I found a place to take my dog to when she needs groomed!! Thank you!
