Friendly and knowledgeable. Have had quite a few experiences here where I felt like the customer service was above and beyond what you would typically see in this day and age. 100% recommend
Dr. Rocks is the best!! As someone who suffers from advanced stage Ménière’s disease, there’s not much out there you can do as far as relief. Luckily Dr. Rocks was extremely knowledgeable of Ménière’s. He was so unbelievably thorough explaining things to me that I had no idea about. He went over my options as far as multifocal contacts and special lenses for glasses to help me. It’s only been a few hours, but so far the new contacts are amazing. Just knowing he cares that much speaks volumes and shows how truly passionate he is about his patients. I received exceptional care and attention from both the Doctor as well as the other staff members who assisted me. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and courteous and went out of their way to explain the process and the costs involved in buying new glasses and contacts.
