I'm new to town and I'm trying out every single nail salon I have to say so far this is my least favorite and really the only place I didn't have a positive experience. While they're taking off the no chip for my previous manicure, my thumbnail started to crack I asked for nail glue but I think they forgot. Then when I reminded them they just put an extra clear coat in between my new chip Manicure and insisted it would work. It didn't and my nail started cracking that night. I was away for the weekend and had to deal with a nail that was cracking midway through and painful.

I have been getting my nails done at Phoenix Nails for 4+ years and they never disappoint! Always so friendly and kind during my appointments. They do a wonderful job on my nails. Highly recommend!

It was my first time getting a manicure at any salon and it was my first time visiting this salon and I thought that the outcome was Amazing and I definitely want to come back I would definitely recommend this salon
