He caught something that required maintenance and promptly made the fix. The estimate I received matched the quoted price upon completion of the job to the penny, I was offered a discount and one of the reps reached out very soon afterward and asked if I was satisfied.

My wife and I used Mr. Duct today for our vent cleaning. We received a phone call this morning with an ETA for the technician, Austin. He arrived at our house just as expected, and was professional, friendly, and got to work immediately. He did a thorough and professional cleaning, and reviewed the pricing with us, which was as expected. Great experience and will highly recommend to anyone looking for fair and honest workmanship. This is the second time we have used this company and we will continue to do so in the future.
