Just had my duct's cleaned this morning. I received a call 45 minutes ahead of the scheduled start to let me know the team was on it's way. They arrived with in the estimated window of time and were happy and ready to work immediately. They took before and after pics, providing evidence that their service made a huge difference. There are cheaper services out there but I'd be shocked if they were on the same level of service and efficiency as Mr. Duct. Also, I'd like to mention that the guys that did the job (AJ and Lucas), were great guys. They were fast, efficient, explained everything they were going to do, cleaned up after themselves leaving my place looking better than before and on top of their professionalism, were nice guys who were pleasant to chat and joke with. Having strangers in your house can be sketchy but I felt comfortable with them after just a few minutes. I will/would absolutely recommend this service to anyone.
They were great! So far we've used them for an air duct cleaning and A/C tuneup. I love that they emailed me to remind me that service was due!
