Great experience Sharlene was very helpful and very informative . My wife and I don’t have glasses. Our daughter and son had to get glasses and she was very helpful on trying on and explaining everything.

SHALEEN IS THE REASON I KEEP COMING BACK TO LAKE BLUFFS LOCATION.
she has the greatest customer service, i came in to pick up my glasses & did not like them:( when i tried them on i knew right away, but my anxiety to have to ask for return them went straight thru the roof. i felt like such a problematic customer. but shaleen assured me she was there to assist & made it a point to do everything she could to help me find the glasses that worked for me.
my next appointments i will be calling ahead to make sure she is in the office so i can work w/ her again!
