We recently had a patio door and two Marvin windows installed and ran into a few functional issues afterward. Chris Lystila from MDG came out to take a look, and I was incredibly impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism.
He carefully inspected both windows and the patio door, made the necessary adjustments to ensure everything worked properly, and even identified a few missing patio door components. He took the initiative to have those parts sent directly to us so everything could be completed correctly.
