Magic Carpet Pride is an excellent business. Customer service is top-notch. The service we received was exceptional. A storage unit flooded and ruined a very nice carpet. Not only did this business bring that carpet back to life, but it also replaced the tassels for that added extra touch. They didn't have to do it, but it was a point of pride for them to deliver to us the best possible outcome. Prices are extremely fair. Very efficient and timely with work.i asked if they did upholstery cleaning and was told yes. They did that On the spot. Everything done in a timely manner. They were so professional and helpful.
