Drago (technician) came to complete a repair change today -very thoughtful and skilled. He couldn’t have been nicer or more respectful and my dogs loved him. All that help, respect and personality at no extra cost. WOW
Steve from LR Gregory and Son is fantastic! He arrived on time, thoroughly assessed my HVAC system, and explained everything clearly. His expertise and attention to detail were impressive. Steve's work was meticulous, and he provided great tips for system maintenance. His friendly demeanor and excellent customer service made the experience outstanding. I was very happy with my new AC and furnace. Cris and Alex were very knowledgeable and now my house is finally warm in the winter! My only regret is not switching to gas. But, that's my fault.
