Vinnie with Lindemann Chimney Heating & Cooling just did a great job cleaning my fireplace and chimney flu, and assessing its safety! He was kind, professional and knowledgeable, and took the extra time to carefully review the fireplace, even though there was initially an error in the booking of the service by my condo association. He was extremely thorough in his work. I highly recommend hiring Vinnie at Lindemann's to check on your fireplace!
