Our heat went out early Sunday morning when the temps were in the 30's. We called Drew Green and they were able to come out within 30 minutes. Andrew himself made the service call and figured out the problem in ten minutes. Within 20 minutes, the repair was complete and the was back on. Highly recommend. Very professional.
An honest HVAC man with lot of integrity! I came home after work to a cold house. Pilot on my 22 year old furnace wouldn't light and humidifier had ripped out of the supply vent. Called Drew at 5:15 pm because he advertises emergency repairs. He had to service one house before me, but was still at my house by 7pm. Drew fixed the problem and patched the hole where the humidifier was. Furnace needs more work, but he got us warm again. He told me repairs and installs I could do to save money and what he would need to install and repair. He was not looking for ways to charge me extra, but rather to save me money! There was an emergency service charge, but his rates are so reasonable, and with the labor costs I will save with what I can fix, in the end his rates were competitive with others. It is always reassuring to find repairmen with integrity. Drew has it and I will use him again.
