My Son lives in Lake Bluff, I live in Michigan and have my own business. My computer blew up and I had another agency that I've used for years transfer everything over to my new computer. Most comments probably boil down to "that's what they are supposed to do." You know, fix broken computers, upgrade equipment, or supply the best in software. But Computer Concepts and Lori do so much more. They take the time to explain what they are doing and why in words that people like me can understand. They don't simply tell me what to do or what I need. They help me make an informed decision. But they go even further. When my brother in law got caught in a scam, Lori and Computer Concepts got him out. When my system crashed, there they were.
