We used Bradley Marshall on two separate occasions.First, for a general roof inspection along with replacing the gutters with a more appropriate size for the potential volume of water that can come off the roof, as well as fixing the roof exhaust fan. During this time, I felt like Brad was the only one being truly honest about whether the roof itself needed any work (it didn't need any work at that time, was still in decent enough condition) and his team did a great job replacing the gutters and fixing the fan. We were very happy with the work done by Brad's company. His crew showed up on time and in force to replace our roof. It only took them about 6 hours to tear off the old shingles and replace with new. Brad offered a competitive quote and the quality of the job is great. It is a better installation than the original roof. He was always timely in responding to my questions back when I was investigating contractors. He quoted us in the fall but the work was done in the spring and there were no extra fees or surprise charges. His crew did a terrific job at clean up too. We were replacing a well-maintained 35 yr.-old shake roof. Got bids and looked at reviews, including Yelp. (At that point, there was one ancient, one star review). Met with the company owner and called references who were enthusiastically positive. After we got his written detailed proposal, we decided to accept his bid. The work detail was clearly stated and substantive. We're happy that we went with this contractor.During the decision process, a lot of options were made known. Actual, completed work was available for viewing and viewed to help focus on the type of roof and color. Ultimately, we also replaced two skylights.Once the work was set, workers (6) arrived promptly and worked intensely, finishing a 3200 sq. feet two-story house in a day's time. The workers were careful and friendly/polite. Cleanup was thorough.
