Carl was great at explaining the issues, and fixing them promptly. He was a great representative of this company, and I would use them again. He even came out on a holiday to make sure we were taken care of.

My toliet failed to flush one day and wouldnt you know it sewage came up into my basement! I called multiple companys around the area with no answer or return calls. I called river city and they promptly answered their phone, they suggested I have my tank pumped since ive never had it done ,who knows when it was done last.The gentleman that showed up had my septic working/toliet flushing in less than ten mins! He said that i shouldnt go more than 5 years between tank pumpings, I must say the price was fair at 378$ which he said woulve been less if the tank wasnt so dirty. THANKS River City and thank you John!
