While I encountered some difficulty locating and contacting the salon initially, Patricia was well-prepared and attentive. She established a calm and professional environment through her thorough preparations for subsequent appointments. Notably, she was attentive to my presence at the door, demonstrating her readiness and commitment, indicating, "I take this seriously." Having completed the appointment two days ago, I am pleased to report that I have not noticed any gray hairs. Patricia clearly communicated her process throughout the service to ensure I had a clear understanding of each step. Overall, this was a positive initial experience, and I feel confident recommending this salon to others who are new to the area and seeking a precise root touch-up of approximately one to two inches.
