I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic! Everything was handled professionally from the moment you walked in at check in, to when your called by the nurse and seen by the doctor. Everyone in the office is very thorough and all my questions are always answered. My daughter loves Dr. Phillips, she feels comfortable in his care and I’m thankful she has a doctor we can trust and an office that treats us like a person and truly listens.

Office scheduling is always a hassle and rude when checking in. Bed side manner is irrelevant since they don’t look to see why you are in the office. Takes too long for preauthorizations with constant messaging for medications. Highly disappointed and looking for a new primary.

All of my appointments have been pleasant and enlightening for me here. Dr. Tulsi Patel is a gem and so empathetic. The other male Dr. Patel is so compassionate and attentive. I'm so grateful for this facility.
