We've used Breen's for 8 years so far (2016-24) and have never had a bad experience. I appreciate that they provide pre-labeled bags so you can easily drop off in-store, or just let them pick up from your home. I also appreciate that they drop off.Special requests to attempt to remove stains, replace buttons, etc have always gone smoothly; and if there's a problem (e.g. a stain won't come out), they acknowledge that it's there, they tried, and it wouldn't come out.Great local dry cleaner!

I have been a loyal customer of Breens since I moved here last July.Avit is very kind and friendly and helpful with assisting me. I figured I would drop her name considering the numerous times she has assisted with my dry cleaning needs.The quality of work is phenomenal and affordable, most of all they are efficient!There always on time; I have never had any issues with picking up my items when I was told they would be ready.This part isn't a complaint, more so informative that alterations and dry cleaning are done off site. There always on time; I have never had any issues with picking up my items when I was told they would be ready. Two different times I had garments repaired, upon pick up the bill was higher than expected because the items weren't just repaired but also dry cleaned, though it was specified at drop off I did not need or want them dry cleaned. I continue returning to Breens because both incidences were handled professionally and respectfully so, as they did not require my payment of the unapproved dry cleaning.
