We just recently re-did our whole house. In the process, we interacted with MANY different contractor-types, including almost every single marble/quartz/stone/countertop purveyor in the Chicagoland area. Our experience with BluePearl was outstanding--I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. We worked with Alma, and from the beginning, she was knowledgable, timely, and available. Nothing about the process was opaque, including pricing of the slabs, which we sincerely appreciated. And to top it off, we got the most gorgeous countertops--prettier than I could ever dream of. Blue Pearl Stone is an amazing company to work with. I worked with their team to pick out some quartz and have it installed in my kitchen in a new townhome I’d just moved into. From the first contact all the way through the process, the communication was amazing, quick and professional. Alma helped me pick out the perfect stone and I felt like I was her only customer with all the attention she gave me. Kara was so kind and helpful as the point of contact, I’m seriously blown away with how quickly she responded to the thousand questions I had. The entire process was exceptional! Alma took care of every detail as if she was working on a project for her own home. From picking out a perfect slabs to selecting the best seam locations, the quality of her attention to detail was exceptional! The delivery of our countertops were on time and the installation was done perfectly. Great customer service, great value & beautiful product.
