“I got married a couple weeks ago. I am living in Kentucky but we had our wedding in Illinois. The week leading up to our wedding I got my lashes done by someone in Kentucky. I asked for soft natural lashes but received chunky dramatic lashes. I asked her to fix them and she did but they still looked too dramatic for my liking. Feeling defeated I just accepted that I wouldn’t have the lashes I wanted for my big day. Two days before the wedding I started to lose my lashes in large clumps, to the point that I had less than 30% of my lashes. Panicked I quickly googled local lash techs and came across Red Carpet Lash & Skin Spa. Their portfolio was impressive and reviews looked very promising. I quickly called and Beata answered, I told her what had happened pretty much begging and pleading to take me in in less than 24hours. Beata went out of her way to figure out how to squeeze me into her busy schedule, spent time removing lashes and adding lashes to achieve my desired look. The whole time she made me feel heard, seen, and welcomed. After she spent hours to perfect my lashes I had to suppress happy tears when I saw her work. My lashes went from chunky and dramatic to soft and elegant. I couldn’t believe how beautiful they turned out! I felt ready to walk down the aisle! I can’t recommend going here enough. She first asks what you would envision, and after a short discussion with you, she works to make it happen. When she cuts my hair, she takes into consideration the shape of my head, how my hair lies, and the condition of my hair, and addresses anything that needs to be changed, like the hair products I am using. My hair used to be brittle and she has transformed my hair to a soft mane of hair. Before I started with Kristina, my hair was falling out. I was trying minoxidil to reverse it, but it was getting worse. She suggested that I discontinue using it, and offered suggestions on products that could restore my hair. Now my hair is much more healthy, shiny and soft. The glaze she uses on my hair makes my hair feel like fine silk.As for Kristina herself, she is a very kind, respectful person.
