I was just behind one of your company vehicles at an intersection on Perryville Rd in Rockford, waiting to turn left. It was a pickup truck hauling a trailer and a white man wraring an orange hoodie was driving it. He was on his phone and when it turned green to turn left , he didn't go for about 12 seconds, so I did a quick honk just to alert him to go, nothing outrageous. Will never hire this company! One of the workers had the Worst attitude ever! This is a very big account and this guy was EXTREMELY rude to All! There are MANY landscaping companies to choose from and this guy didn't even care how he treated even one of the Big bosses here! I guess because there might be a contract with the company is why they were not asked to come back. But contracts end! This Company needs to "Check" their employees! Without people hiring them THIS PERSON WOULD NOT HAVE A JOB! IT could be a very good company. But "Bad company " (people)corrupt good value!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My townhome HOA contracted with Kacoa and the service was so terrible that residents organized to force the board to cut the contract. Residents started posting pictures of 5 ft flowering weeds. We had them too. I've never seen such shoddy service.
