I’ve been to this Ulta several times and have had great experiences with the staff but I never visited the salon. I tried to be open minded and decided to get my hair done at the salon. All I needed was a wash + deep condition, while the lady that assisted me was helpful and knowledgeable about the products she was using on my hair it was apparent that they don’t normally service people with type 4c hair. She did her best but it was still a little disappointing and does make you feel left out. Hair stylists should be able to work with all hair types, especially with the basics or the Ulta can look into hiring staff that are more versed in dealing with curlier hair...read full review

I love coming here to be honest they have good products and good service because the staff will always ask you if you need help finding anything and they are very nice and you could ask them to recommend you products also the store is very clean.
