Been to this location several times, very clean and the staff is awesome! Today Cynthia and Kyle helped me. Both really took the time to help me find the best product. Kyle went above and beyond answering my haircare questions and Cynthia helped me decide on a fragrance. I definitely recommend this location and will be back again.
I was quite literally *chased* across the store by an associate. I understand greeting customers, but she followed me even though I let her know I was just shopping for eyeliner and I moved quickly to try to get her to leave me alone... then she cornered me when I got to the eyeliner. She just wanted to tell me about the sales, great... but that incredible pushiness made me so uncomfortable I didn't bother shopping, I just got my eyeliner and left asap. The cashier was kind and efficient, at least. But really... dont chase your customers! You're chasing them right out of the store!
