Great customer service ! I called around to get someone to see my kitty each place was either closed or full. They let me bring kitty in and leave for the day. Very compassionate and knowledgeable.

I have taken all my cats over the years to Sauk Trail. I feel safe with their services and care. The medical care and boarding attention that they receive is full of genuine compassion. I trust them with my furkids.

They ok but just not to good with African America customers they get charged differently and treated differently and the Grooms not good at all on my dogs I could have did better myself and was charged 62.00 for a mess up ball cut on my shih tzu puppies I could have cried
