Recently I got a teeth cleaning that was unnecessarily painful and aggressive. I had a bad experience with the hygienist that really rubbed me the wrong way. That said the dentist was easy to work with like usual.
I wrote an angry review post cleaning, but I’m updating the review to reflect that this was one negative experience after years of positive ones.
I have been a patient of Dr. Duda for more than 40 years, and recently, his son. They have taken terrific care of me and my son. Dr. David Duda put beautiful caps on my front teeth decades ago and recently replaced them perfectly. His son put a cap on my molar after a root canal, and it is in excellent condition. When I cracked a piece of a tooth Dr. Allen took me on short notice and repaired my tooth so that I don't even remember where it happened. The dentists are always friendly, efficient, and cost-effective. The dental hygienists are personable and extremely good at their job. I have never had any pain or problems during or after teeth cleaning. The office staff is helpful and flexible. I couldn't ask for better service or a better experience.
