The girl who did my services was good. Other employees were rude. Will not go back. Would not leave alone the fact that I wanted regular polish and harrassed the girl that did my services for not putting no- chip on me when I made it clear I didn't want it.

i went in for a leg wax (which they don’t even do) and she did a wonderful job. i think this place is poorly rated because the women that come here are disrespectful. there was 3 customers in there being rude to staff while i was there for just an hour. keep up the good work!

I'm officially done coming here. Returned several months ago. The last three times, the price mysteriously went up to $40 for a fill. (Sign states $35 and up, and I always paid $35) The first time, I had the lady in the first chair so figured that was a thing - pay more for experience. The second time I had a completely new and inexperienced girl. I paid $40 again. Everything took twice as long, and on two occasions two male workers just came and watched her, saying nothing, and creeped me out. The third time was two weeks ago. I paid $40 for the same new girl. One of my nails started to pull up almost immediately and at least half my nails had such excessive powder at the cuticle line that they had like ridges which caught on everything. I was so irked, and yet knew I couldn't explain satisfactorily the issue where no one speaks English. Instead I went after 6 days to LC Nails on Station. I had Ryan, who spoke English, knew what he was doing and did a great job. Oh, and he charged $35. I'm done with Star Nails.
