I contacted 3 different roofing companies and Eric was the first and only to reach out to me. In fact, he got back to me with a few hours of my outreach to him. He came assessed my Mom's roof and provided paperwork and estimates. He noted that there was damage to the roof from storms and assisted with the process in dealing with the insurance company. I live over an hour away from the area and he was very flexible with my availability. His staff did an incredible job on my Mom's roof.
