After speaking with several other companies that kept telling me what they couldn’t do for me, Brian was the only one who told me that he could do everything I was wanting. He was out the very next day to survey my home and had a quote for me that very same week. We required a complete exterior remodel of a roof, siding and new windows and gutters. What we thought was going to be a long drawn out job of three or four months, Brian and his team was able to get the entire job done in about one months time. They had my entire roof replaced in about a day and a half. The windows were replaced and remodeled in about two days time and the new siding and gutters were put on in about a day and a half as well. My house went from being in almost dilapidated condition and a neighborhood eyesore to immaculate and the nicest looking house in town. After having my house appraised once the job was completed, Brian and his team have almost doubled the value of my home. I have had Exterior Design do some siding repairs in the past and was very happy with the results. This time, I purchased an older home and the roof was leaking and the gutters were ancient. So the first company I thought of was EDP. I do believe in due diligence so I did call three other companies. But they all came in at double the price or just wouldn't return a call. Brian was able to provide me the roof replacement, gutter replacement, and gutter guards all at a cost that didn't make me use any expletives. LOL

We needed a new roof as soon as possible. After calling several companies Exterior Design was the first to say they could come and look over the roof immediately. The inspection was one of the most complete roof inspections. The inspection details were explained clearly as well as pictures that had been taken while up on the roof. The quote for the job was reasonable and the crew showed up a few weeks later. They completed the job in 2 days. They cleaned up and did a great job! I highly recommend them!
