On Feb 21st, Raul called me and we spoke for 7 minutes regarding our Powder Room remodel. He asked that I text my home address, along with pics of our Powder Room, which I sent same day. He read my text messages and then he sent a text on the same day asking if there was a vanity now, I said yes and sent him pics. On Feb., 23rd, I sent another text message following up to see when he would be able to come out. He never replied. It is now March 2nd and I have yet to hear back. I understand this may have been a small job, however; he could of been honest with me up front. Unprofessional and shady business practices.
