The staff, especially Jackie, are known for being helpful and patient, taking time to assist with choosing glasses and looking up medical records. The doctor is described as thoughtful, easy-going, and informative, making the overall experience positive. Many customers have had excellent experiences, finding the service friendly and efficient, and are happy to continue shopping there for their vision needs.

Always, always, great customer services. The doctors are always fantastic and very competent, knowledgeable.
If you purchase a set of glasses from them, you should not have any issues stopping at any of their location for their assistance. This is fantastic for people like me who move a lot.
Due to the insurance changes, I had to use other places like Pearl Vision (been to 2 locations, they were really bad, inaccurate presentations, extra unnecessary procedures, not friendly staff and the doctor with serious bad breath).
Trust me. This is the place.
Tyna at Joliet Walmart Optical is fantastic! Her customer service skills including her patience and knowledge keep our family returning to that location for all of our eyewear needs. Recently we encountered another employee, Leslie who was equally as friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for genuine human kindness!
Ordered my glasses at Morris, was treated like I interrupted something much more important. I literally just put the glasses on to check the lenses and left rather than bother them again. Didn't notice that they were COMPLETELY uneven until I left, but again, not worth going back.
Stopped into the Jefferson Joliet store today, DID interrupt Kenya while she was doing something, but she was nothing but helpful and polite, and just a super friendly atmosphere. Lenses are great, even with a strong prescription, so will definitely be back to Joliet location!
