Shinedown chimney Inc

Shinedown Chimney Inc. did an excellent job protecting my floors and keeping the area clean during the fireplace and chimney work. They were careful with the space, used good chimney sweep practices, and made the whole service feel organized and professional.

The work was completed promptly, and they handled everything I asked for without any issues. From the chimney service to the fireplace work, everything was finished in a timely manner and with attention to detail.

They were also very friendly and easy to talk to throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing chimney sweep, fireplace, or venting work.

We always use this chimney sweep service. My fireplace and flue were cleaned with no mess left in the house, and they also cleaned the grate and the glass doors. On this visit, William cleaned the dryer vent too, and the airflow improved a lot. They explained the buildup clearly and worked carefully from start to finish. We plan to make this a yearly chimney and vent cleaning service.

They did an excellent job at my home with the chimney sweep service. The crew cleaned the chimney, installed a new liner, and put on a new chimney cap. They worked carefully inside the house and kept soot and dust under control, so there was no mess left behind. They also took time to answer all my questions about chimney maintenance, fireplace safety, and future care. The whole visit felt professional, thorough, and very helpful.
