Grant was friendly and very professional during his visit. He did an excellent job cleaning and inspecting our fireplace and chimney. He made sure to keep the living area tidy, taking care to leave everything spotless after finishing up. We’re really happy with the chimney sweep service and the attention to detail. fantastic chimney sweep service from beginning to end! they went above and beyond what we expected. communication was clear, scheduling was easy, and on the day of the appointment, everything went smoothly. we requested a chimney inspection and cleaning, but after checking things out, tanner let us know our fireplace in joliet didn’t need cleaning, so they didn’t do it or charge us for anything unnecessary. we truly appreciated their honesty and straightforward approach. everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. we definitely recommend this team if you need your chimney checked or cleaned.
