With the recent tornado activity that came through Shorewood, my son and his family sustained roof damage that required a new roof. They contacted Savage roofing and spoke Daniel. He gave them great reassurance that Savage roofing would be able to provide a new roof in a timely manner. The companies communication was super efficient. From the first day, they contacted Savage roofing to completion of the job was less than 10 days! The roof is absolutely gorgeous and more than they had ever expected. Danny is very nice! He came out to do the assessment, explained the process, made it easy to understand and worked with the insurance adjuster multiple times to get the outcome he believed was necessary to resolve the damage to our roof.
I also worked with Morgan and Erika from the office. They are both so sweet! They kept me updated every step of the way and answered any questions I had along the way.
Teddy came with the crew the day of the job and was also so nice! The crew did a great job! Everything done in one day. They sent me pictures from a drone before they even left the property so... read full review
