Very Easy to book an appointment with physicians immediate care. Services at the front desk was quick as well. Well organized facility. The Doctor explained my situation to my understanding and prescribed me pills to help my situation. I recommend physicians immediate care to everyone. I have no regrets at all. We scheduled an appointment only to get there and they no longer take appointments. It is walk in only. We were looking at a 2 to 3 hour wait. About 20 mins into our wait the person at the desk, Estela, mentioned we could visit the other location on Houbolt. At the time the wait there was shorter. I was so grateful she made the suggestion. Thanks Estela!

The care I received was amazing. Dr. Dudas was very thorough and considered my family during this flu season. Shay and Diamond were very friendly and took great care of me from start to finish!
