Neovia provides a generally positive experience for truck drivers. Appointments are taken seriously, as drivers can only check in 30 minutes early. Unloading is quick, often completed in about 30 minutes. The guards are friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth process. However, it’s advised not to arrive too early, as drivers may be sent back. There are no public restrooms available on-site.
My appointment is at8:00 am and i reach there at 7:50 and they unload me in one and half hour and i was free at 9:30 am.Don’t come too early from ur appointment beacuse they gonna send u back and tell u to come at ur appointment time.
Guards were really nice , gave us a door and once we backed in they started unloading us . No issues . I'm not sure why everyone else is complaining but our experience was good .
The people that I worked with here were pretty nice. It was easy to get in and out of the property. They have good signage so you didn't spend time riding around looking for where you're supposed to be. I got unloaded in a timely manner as well.
